Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. “并非所有数据都有价值。”肖光睿说，确定数据是否具有交易价值，需要从几个方面进行评估，分别是市场需求、数据质量、法律合规性、成本与收益分析、竞争环境等。
