Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. 首都经济贸易大学京津冀房地产研究院院长、北京市房地产法学会副会长兼秘书长赵秀池持相近态度。她告诉记者，从计量口径上取消公摊，会导致整套房的住房面积减少，而房屋总价不会发生变化，因此总价不会改变，以住房面积计量的单价会上涨。
