忆及卡特，美国弗吉尼亚大学名誉教授雷朴实(Bruce Reynolds)在接受中新网采访时表示，卡特为人正直、聪颖，他训练有素，且做事尽心尽力，是一个以事实和分析做判断的人。
雷朴实指出，卡特一生都在倡导和平，始终坚信应该做正确的事，他的勇气有助于推动中美两国建交。卡特坚信，这些举措是正义之举。(薛凌桥)
Jimmy Carter, who served as the 39th president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, died on Dec. 29, 2024, at the age of 100. Among Carter's many diplomatic achievements during his presidency, perhaps the most notable was promoting the establishment of diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China.
Recalling former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, Bruce Reynolds, a professor emeritus from the University of Virginia (UVA), told China News Network that Carter is a man of morality, intelligence. He is well-trained with committed attitude throughout his career. Besides, he is a man believed in facts and analysis.
Reynolds further pointed out that Carter is committed to making peace all his life and he is persisted in doing right things. He added that it is Carter’s courage that makes the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and China possible, In the eyes of Carter making peace represents doing right things . 而除了重庆、肇庆，合肥也加入商品房销售“按套内面积计价”的队列。3月初，“中共合肥市委办公室”在人民网领导留言板上答复网友提问时称，为避免公摊面积比例过大，我市积极探索商品房销售按套内面积计价，相关具体工作正在探索推进。目前，已有试点项目在销售现场同步公布建筑面积销售单价和套内建筑面积销售单价。
冯波表示，以套内面积计价，一方面，让购房人对购房成本更直观。因为建筑面积含了公摊面积，较使用面积大，而套内面积与实际使用面积比较接近或者可能还小于使用面积。另一方面，有利于预售商品房面积差异处理。按照《商品房销售管理办法》，商品房买卖合同未作约定的，按以下原则处理：面积误差比绝对值在3%以内（含3%）的，据实结算房价款；面积误差比绝对值超出3%时，买受人有权退房。
2023年以来，在财政收入紧张和土地出让金下滑的双重压力下，数据资产入表成为一个可以缓解压力的工具，一批“数据城投”——数据资产管理公司——也应时而生。
