现任联合国和平大学欧洲和平与发展中心副教授的华裔学者周麟劼(Linjie Chou Zanadu)表示，中国先进技术发展迅速，中国电动汽车将落地更多发展中国家，成为国际先进技术和可靠质量的代名词，此外，在金砖合作机制和共建“一带一路”倡议下，中国将更多地彰显作为大国的责任与实力。(林卓玮)
As we welcome the dawn of 2025, China's international "circle of friends" has sent warm wishes to mark the occasion. Erik Nilsson, a seasoned American journalist who has been telling China's stories for 18 years, recently expressed his hopes in fluent Chinese during an interview with China News Network, wishing all his Chinese friends success, good health, and happiness.
Linjie Chou Zanadu, a Chinese scholar and associate professor at the European Center for Peace and Development, highlighted China's rapid technological advancements. He predicted that Chinese electric vehicles will expand into more developing countries, becoming synonymous with advanced technology and reliable quality. Furthermore, under frameworks like BRICS cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiative, China is set to further demonstrate its responsibility and strength as a global power. (Lin Zhuowei)
“从技术层面来看，目前自动驾驶车辆还仅适合固定且封闭路段，例如北京和上海成立自动驾驶示范区，具体什么时间能大范围实施，只能由点到面逐步验证推广。”杨伟斌解释称，我国想要实现自动驾驶商业化落地就必须解决拥挤、施工、两轮车辆多等路段的安全问题。
他去年10月在《新型城镇化》期刊上发表了一篇题为《公摊面积应该取消吗？》的署名文章。其中称，房屋买卖环节和一个房子值多少总价不会因为算法而变化，它的实际价值放在那儿。总房价水平会在楼面地价基础上，加上建筑造价、各种税费、企业利润、销售环节中的各种开销、政府税收等，最后综合确定一个售价。“至于说怎么算让你感觉到你占便宜了，那是卖家在操纵背后的算法游戏而已。”
朱西产预计，2030年~2035年左右能实现自动驾驶车辆的商业化应用。“当前距离L4级自动驾驶车辆大规模运营还早。”朱西产说。
